AQMD Annual Emission Reports are Required by Law

Don’t Miss the September 1st, 2008 Deadline

If you received a letter from AQMD regarding the AER reporting for 2007 you have only until September 1st, 2008 to submit your AER report. Follow this link to AQMD for more information about annual reporting http://www.aqmd.gov/aer/aer.html

Facilities subject to AQMD Rule 301 must report their annual emissions regardless of quantities emitted unless exempt by AQMD.
