Annual Compliance Training
Attendees of this training course will expand their knowledge in storm
water pollution prevention on construction sites. Areas that will be
explored and discussed will include:

SWPPP plan - What is SWPPP and why is it necessary

Schedule
implementation

Sediment,
erosion, tracking, non-stormwater, wind, and waste management controls

BMP
selection for different phases

Do's
and Dont's of compliance

Fines
associated with non-compliance, and what constitutes non-compliance
-
Sampling
procedures
At the end of the course, a wallet sized
certificate (one for each student)
will be mailed to your
corporate office,
along with a compliance
certificate to be posted inside each
of your jobsite trailers.
Training is instructor led and is
interactive. Storm water training
videos are presented
so that students
can see in-field techniques.
PowerPoint presentations are used
throughout the course. Materials
are handed to each
student that
contains course
content.
This training is targeted for jobsite superintendents as well as anyone
that manages or is involved directly in the planning, implementation,
or daily activities of the SWPPP. Project managers, assistant superintendents,
site manager, supervisors, or trade partners are encouraged to attend.
