We will determine exactly what type and quantity of mold spores exist in any given living environment. We offer Indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments by conducting air sampling in your home, office, or warehouse facility. Contact us if you suspect a problem with your indoor air quality. Indoor air quality issues are usually the result of excessive moisture caused by water intrusion and improper air circulation in the working or living environment. Excess moisture promotes mold growth. Several mold inspection methods can be utilized during the preliminary assessment for microbial activity. A good visual inspection is the first step in identifying any possible situations that may be contributing to mold growth. We offer cost effective inspections, sampling, and mitigative protocols.
